Unleash Your Inner Child’s Potential

Taking Enrolments for September | October 2024

What is
Inner Child Therapy?

Working with the inner child involves a conscious dive into our subconscious mind, connecting the challenges we face in all aspects of our life today to past incidents from our early formative years.

There are always deeper, underlying factors influencing everything we do, feel, and think.

Working with the inner child means tapping into the extensive knowledge accumulated by our younger selves, who developed certain beliefs, adaptations, and coping strategies to fulfil their basic human needs at that time for survival.

Multidimensional Healing

By working with the Inner Child, the specialised program uses a multidimensional modality of self by addressing the core of emotional wounding. The sessions are designed to resolve and release old patterns and beliefs that prevent you from fully living from your authentic self, and can improve relationships, self-awareness, and overall emotional and physical well-being.

The Inner Child Concept

The Inner Child Concept is that there is a fundamental part of the psyche that remains child-like throughout our lives. By acknowledging and nurturing this inner child, we move into self regulation and recovery of the fractured self in order to break destructive patterns, and create a more fulfilling existance.

Online One-on-One Program with 7  Sessions + 1 Foundation Session

The Foundation Session is a preparatory session to familiarise and set the internal environment. The remaining seven sessions are designed to support and guide you through a process that facilitates the recovery of your Inner Child.

Wounded Parts

The Inner Child Recovery Program uses hypnotherapy to tap into the subconscious mind and help clients connect with their Inner Child. The Inner Child is the foundation of our emotional well-being and when that part of ourselves is damaged, it can lead to emotional and psychological problems later in life. By making peace with the past, clients can move forward with a clearer understanding of who they are.

What is the Inner Child?

The Inner Child concept is grounded in the theories of well-known psychoanalyst Carl Jung and since then has become adopted in mental health and spirituality practices as the way to create internal resolve. The Inner Child is a 'psychological or phenomenological reality', meaning that the Inner Child resides in the unconscious, or subconscious such that we are unaware of it. It is not a literal or physical entity that can be discovered scientifically, however, it is considered to play a significant role in the human psyche.

Inner Child Union involves interacting with the ‘Inner Child’, the unconscious mind where childhood memories and associated limiting beliefs are stored. This interaction is guided by the ‘Adult’ of today, representing the conscious mind. By engaging both the conscious and unconscious minds at the same time, new neural connections are formed. This method effectively bridges the gap between the conscious and unconscious mind, enabling clients to effortlessly pinpoint and comprehensively address underlying restrictive issues.

What Clients Say

Inner Child Union

SHAUNA, MOTHER

It's up to yourself to make the change, and this program has helped me to DEEP dive into the problem and Aliki guided me through the solutions to help me to help myself. The way the program is set, it takes dedication and discipline to complete. This is probably the hardest part. But I feel that it was the right time for me to 100% commit to myself. I needed to STOP making excuses and to give back to myself. I deserve the reward of transformation in my own life and this is what this program has rewarded me on completion.

LAUREN, PROFESSIONAL

The process was intense, messy and beautiful. Building a dialogue with my inner children has allowed me to step into my adulthood in a way I hadn't before. I can say with certainty that my ability to identify and express my emotions and make aligned decisions have improved, as has my quality of life.  I can feel when one of my little darlings is in need of my attention and can address those needs with greater ease. Overall I feel I am more able to be present and confident in who I am.

Thank you Aliki for guiding me to a better place of understanding my story and myself.

DUNCAN, BUSINESS OWNER

Since completing the program, I've noticed a remarkable shift in how I feel about myself and how I show up in the world. I feel more at ease and confident in my own skin, and I'm able to approach challenges with a new sense of clarity and purpose. In addition, my relationships have improved significantly - I'm able to communicate more effectively, have a better sense of self, and set boundaries that support my well-being. I've also been working with her for the past 2 years and I can honestly say that she has been an incredible source of support and guidance in my life.
