Our customers are at the heart of what we do at Inner Child Union. That's why we have a customer care policy that prioritizes your needs. We also aim to provide quick and efficient customer service, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours. For international clients, we will do our best to accommodate time zones. The time zone that the sessions are held in are AWST (UTC +8).
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your details are kept in strict confidence and only used to gain information as to better suit your individual needs. There is no video recording of the sessions at all. During the sessions, there are written notes recorded to keep on track with each individuals process and progress.
INTERNET CONNECTION
It is rare that connections are terminated mid session, or that there is unreliable connection. Should this occur, all avenues to rectify the situation to continue will be done. For this reason, it is required that a reliable internet connection be used.
